This summer, we're collaborating with Green Acres Farm to spin up some seriously experimental - aka "wacky" or as the hippies say, "far out" - brews with herbs and produce. Keep an eye here, and on our Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook feeds for photos, information, and tappings. Our first release - Flywheel infused with fresh mint from the farm, as well as lime zest for extra zestiness - was featured at the REAL taste of Chicago, the 2014 Green City Market Chef's BBQ on July 17.
We also purchased a brewery-shared CSA box from the farm. Because this is the internet, we'll take photos of what we're cooking and eating and post them below along with recipes, tips, and beer pairings.
