- Tailwinds Rum barrel-aged Logganbier - Roggenbier is a medieval brew cut with rye malt. We used rye, cara-rye, and chocolate rye for a blend of black pepper spice and a touch of bittersweet. The barrel once held Taildragger Amber Rum, which lends flavors of toasted marshmallow and oaky sweetness. Taps Wednesday November 25.
